Vineyards are located in Dört Tepe.
Which is in Koldere town, Saruhanli, Manisa.
The spacing of the planting of the vineyards allows for 400 vines per acre. Harvesting is
between 15 August and 15 September. The harwesting starts with the Merlot and
culminates with Cabernet Sauvignon and Bogazkere.

The wine industry.Since the winery is adjacent to the vineyards,chateau type wine is
produced.The maturity of the grapes is inspected by CEnolog and the date of harvest is
determined.Grapes are pruned and pitted on conveyer belts and in the vineyards.
Maceration tanks meet European standards and cold maceration technique is practiced.
The temperature is automatically controlled during the maceration process.
Some of the wine that is produced is aged in the French/American Oak cask. In the
winery there is a laboratory which does all the analysis of the wine,and is order fort the
Wine which is in the tank and bottless to age properly,local cooling systems control the
Temperature of the environment.
